You can download games and patches/updates from your account’s download area provided they are registered to the account. Please see the forum post below which explains how to do this:

Is anybody else getting a 500 Internal Server error when they try to checkout? Happened to me several times and it's frustrating when there's a sale that I can't purchase anything from due to the error.

I'm having hell's own time trying to download my digital copy of HISTORY Legends of War. The file is in one massive 3.74 G file with NO DOWNLOAD RESUMING!!! It takes 2-3 days of uninterrupted downloading to even get close and the slightest hiccup anywhere along the way for whatever reason and you have to start all over again from scratch. I've been beating my head against this impossible beast for two months and am no closer to getting it than I was when I started.
Is there anyway to upgrade to a box or am I just f****d?

Yes, it keeps getting interrupted or stopped by the server and then restart attempts are all rejected unless you start all over again from scratch. Tried at least a dozen times. Got to 98% once, but even then it wouldn't give me the last 2%. Downloaded over 20-25 G in attempts over the last two months, all of them bad.

....I received my code number for SP 2 and thought it had installed....I did find some sort of installation of the game in APPS AND FEATURES..it reads as PANZER CORPS 2 1.01.10.1...but nothing happens when I click on it......HELP!...I have never had this type of problem with any of your games!

Can i get some help with the physical portion of my order please?
My purchase email states that the boxed copy is shipped "within 2 business days" and that i will get a notification of some kind.
It doesnt appear as though either has occurred. Communication from your support staff hasnt been very helpful ("..i believe it was shipped yesterday..." and to question about the notification "..check your spam folder.." )

Matrix and Slitherine Store Can't purchase a game.
I have been trying for days to buy War in the East 2 - Steel Inferno but the store just tells me to use another card or contact my bank, I have contacted my bank and there is nothing wrong with my card or account. Stupid question what cards does the store accept? I have tried Mastercard and Visa Debit without success, or does the site just accept Credit Cards and PayPal? I for one don't use PayPal anymore so that rules out that option. Been a member for many years and I have many games, but until a solution can be found as to why my Debit cards are being rejected, then it looks like I won't be buying any more games from Matrix or Slitherine which is a really sad state of affairs. I have already been in touch with support but the problem still remains unresolved.

Ok my patience is at an end. I want answers, what is going on with the Matrix & Slitherine store, for over a week now I have tried to purchase War in the East 2 - Steel Inferno without success. I have tried both my Wife and I Debit Cards and I just tried my wife's Credit Card and still the site does not accept any payments, telling me to try another card or contact my bank. I have contacted my bank twice already and there is nothing wrong with my debit card or my account, so could someone please respond and tell me what is going on?

I have been in communication with support, and I have left some more emails but these emails have not received any response for over 4 days, support needs to up their game because from what I have seen from other members' posts on the forums Matrix and Slitherine are losing sales because the store has a major problem in that it does not process perfectly good Debit cards that are working on other sites online, etc. After being a member for over 12 years with over 100 purchases of full games plus DLC I expect better from Matrix and Slitherine your loyal customers are being let down badly.
