I would agree with Dave in that the skirmish battles we have played so far they tend to be slogging matches with not much
opportunity for tactical finesse. More room for manouver would indeed be welcome.

Again the Yorkist rebellion has been crushed , this time on the fields of Lincoln. Yorkist losses were heavy this time due to a sudden collapse at the end , no doubt influenced by the despicable turncoat Percy once again fleeing the field !
It appears the fate of the English crown will be decided at Stoke Field ? (with the score currently Lancaster 38 York 28).

Version 2 of all these scenarios have been sent to Richard and will be available soon. The new men-at-arms figures have been added and some terrain improvements have been made. A few of the scenarios have had significant re-writes including first St Albans and Blore Heath. Others have had smaller alterations including Wakefield and Towton.

NOTE: Unfortunately, although the folders have version numbers so that the system can (and will) prevent games between different versions, the "campaigns" and scenarios (in the MP Lobby) have the same names as the previous versions. So you need to complete any battles you are currently playing with v1 before deleting v1 from your system and downloading v2, and ensure that your opponent does the same.

Peace has finally returned to England's green and pleasant land!
The Tudor dynasty is now firmly established after a decisive victory at Stoke Field. The Lancastrians were badly let down by their Irish mercenaries!
It seemed to me that the Tudor 'reinforcements' started a bit too close to the vanguard allowing then to support it before it was really at any risk of being overrun. Maybe they could start a couple of rows further back?
It's been a great, fun campaign , thanks Pete!

Just a brief summmary of the full campaign played between TomoeGozen (Lancastrian) and Doyley50 (Yorkist) that has just ended.
Episode 1 - First St Albans 1455 - Yorkist victory
Episode 3 - Blore Heath 1459 - Lancastrian victory
Episode 5 - Northampton 1460 - Yorkist victory
Episode 6 - Wakefield 1460 - Lancastrian victory
Episode 7 - Mortimer's Cross 1461 - Yorkist victory
Episode 8 - St Albans 1461 - Lancastrian victory
Episode 11 - Ferrybridge 1461 - Yorkist victory
Episode 12 - Towton 1461 - Lancastrian victory
Episode 15 - York 1465 (hypothetical rebellion battle) - Lancastrian victory
Episode 21 - Lincoln 1483 (hypothetical rebellion battle) - Lancastrian victory
Episode 24 - Stoke Field 1487 - Tudor/Lancastrian victory
Henry VI (Lancastrian) remained on the throne until his death in 1483, although the Yorkists did achieve dual power for a short period in 1460-1 following the battle of Northampton. This was ended by their defeat at Towton.
Comment
This was quite an unusual outcome for the campaign. The first half of it proceeded as you might expect, with the single "historical reversal" happening at Blore Heath. The real change came with the Lancastrian victory at Towton, which secured the throne again for Henry VI. After that, the Yorkists failed in the two rebellion battles and at Stoke Field in 1487 to give the Lancastrians a clear victory. So there was no Hedgeley Moor, Hexham, Barnet, Tewkesbury or Bosworth Field this time and the campaign consisted of just 11 battles. This is certainly a below average number.
Overall though, I think it was very good. There are many different outcomes possible in the campaign.
