Joystick Input Affecting Save/Load Menu

I'm having trouble with the LOAD menu - My joystick seems to be causing the menu to scroll down infinitely.

Without having to unplug my joystick whenever I play, is there a solution for this?

'Disable Mouse Scroll' didn't work.
