For the vanilla campaign option of '39-'45 (Fall Weiss), you will play roughly 10-15 scenarios to finish the war, depending on your path/ability. If you play the grand campaign (German east), there are around 100 scenarios and you will play around 80, depending on the path you choose. Go to the Library from the Main Menu and you can see the campaign trees for the original game and all the DLCs in the reference section at the top. That will show you the difference.
