Afrika Korps units.

Is there any list or chart of which German units are in this campaign? It's obvious that all the Grand Campaign units are not included for purchase or upgrade.

Not that I'm aware of, however, if you look at the equipment file, any unit with a '1' in the 'Theatre' column is NOT available. There are only a few so it's easier to list what isn't available than what is: Kavallerie, all SE Infanteries, Panzer 38(t)A, Sdkfz 231 6Rad, Marder IIA, IID and IIIH, Elefant, Do 17Z, Do 217E, and He 177A.

That is the "Tiger P" (Vk 45.01 (P)).
Porsche offered this advanced design (electric drives!) for the Tiger, but lost to the Henschel design for various reasons.
~90 "Tiger P" hulls were already being built in anticipation of winning the contract, which were instead converted to heavy tank destroyers (Elefant).
The Vk 45.01 (P) essentially used the same Krupp turret as Henschels Tiger (Vk 45.01 (H)).
