Div A
Rosedelio (Lithuanian) defeats harveylh (Berber) 63-35
The Lithuanian archers fortified on a large hill. As the Berbers tried to flank around with their large amounts of lights and cav, their center of infantry became exposed enough for the Lithuanians to force contact. With the smaller main Berber battle line, the Lithuanian cav managed to flank around and turn the losing melee.

Division D
Alexmike1 Carthaginian (Hannibal in Africa) beat gfs26 Germanic Foot Tribes 105-259 with Gallic Allies 60-54.
Wow! Brutal battle. The Carthaginian cavalry went heavy on their right wing and fairly quickly overwhelmed their opposites. The battle seemed to be going for the Carthaginians, but a couple of rallies and some hard fighting by the Germans and their general pulled it round with the game in the balance for the last few turns.
Thanks for the game.

Re: TDC III - Imperial - Posting Results
Here are the results after about a month:
Div B seems to be going a bit slow, but at least most of the challenges have been made.
Most of the Div C and D players look like they will be finished soon. Tight race in Div C.
In Div D, the last game for the undefeated anderarcos11 is the also undefeated IMC.

Div B
Morat (French/Normans) beat angusosborne (Vikings) 65-38
Both sides lined up on a slightly restricted battlefield. French interspersed their horse amongst their foot to try and find some flanks against a mass of Viking huscarls and berserkers.
A game where the stubbornness of the French heavy foot and the impact of their lancers just got the better of their foes - and rather rescued me from a series of moments when I felt I like I was being comprehensively out-generalled.
Many thanks to angusosborne for a game where he had very little luck: on another day the scores would have been reversed.

Any chance of getting the new league table up?

Re: TDC III - Later Medieval: Posting Results and STANDINGS Feb 5
Good morning,
there is a small error in my points I have 408 total points and not 423 as reported. (the 15 points in excess should be those of the draw against Jtrillodmpo on January 25th I have 22 points and he has 37 points difference 15) I report the result again.
Div C
mh5064 SWISS 1491-1500 AD draws with Jtrillodmp Lithuanian 1455-1500 with Tatar 22-37.
(22points x mh5064 and 37 points x Jtrillodmp).
Thank you.
Thanks for catching that mistake and I will correct it later today, Monday.

Div B
Karvon Parthians with Arab allies defeated ray552 Spartan 221-146 BC with Roman 45-19.
Parthian horse archers swarmed around the flanks and began hunting down Spartan lights and mounted. A fierce fight broke out on our right in and around a large woods. Spartan heavy foot moved up to support the fight and helped turn a couple of flanks. We lost a couple of medium and light foot, but dispatched a bit more of the Spartan foot. Most of our lights survived and shifted around the enemy left to help hunt in the enemy rear. Spartan medium foot worked to drive off our harassing horse archers and lights and got a little scattered in the process across the center and right rear areas. We reconcentrated our horse archers and lights and finished off the last of the enemy horse and flanked and broke a couple of medium foot, just before dusk to secure the victory.

If you win say 42-17 is that not a better score than 60-57 , what extra points are given for reaching 40+ without loosing 20?
Yes, 42-17 is a better score. Please review section 4. scoring in Field of Glory II - The Divisional Championships (TDC)-Rules

Re: TDC III - Early Medieval - Posting Results
I missed to report this result :
Division B
gfs26 Byzantine (Italy) 1050-1071 AD
defeats
paulmcneil Danish 1200-1319 + Allies Baltic
Final score 63-44 (--> 79 vs 44)
A very deadly battle, that turned in Byzantine favour only after many turns. GG

Div A
ericdoman1 Roman 379 - 424 AD with Hunnic Allies
was defeated by
Zawzgrzyt Bosporan 11-375 w/ Roman
61-53
I pushed forward on all fronts. On my left that was OK and centre but my big mistake was doing so on my right. Kris had about 40 to 50% of his force not visible. His right flank was lightly guarded compared to his left, where from the woods appeared, masses of cavalry with some MF. They overwhelmed my right and swung into the centre. My left advance was stalled due to some major major heroics from disrupted and fragmented LF. It meant Kris reached the centre first and won the game. An excellent game, well played Kris.
