Just to clarify - the army list points is 650 or 650 plus the value of the cheapest base in the list i.e. 650 plus 5 points for an average pikemen if that is the cheapest base.

The latter is the ruling, originates many years ago and makes far more sense than producing a weird list just to get to exactly the point count.
