Slitherine

Hello, I just started receiving an error pop up when I try to log into the PzC2 multiplayer server saying that my serial number has not been found (see attached image). I've been playing the game for several months without issue. I am able to access the Slitherine servers in my other games. I've been playing the game on the same laptop as well. Any ideas what could be the cause? Thanks!

I have the same problem. Serial not found.

48 hours later and I'm still having the same issue. Anyone have any answers?

I raised a ticket with the Tech support.

Can you please all confirm if you are playing the standalone version or the Steam one and if you have been a part of the beta testing?

I bought my version from Slitherine and not from Steam. I haven't taken part in any beta tests.

Same here. Purchased the game directly from Slitherine, and I was not a beta tester.

my game standalone version from Slitherine.
got also a problem with the Multiplayer Login. But my Window looks a bit different. It say "Login" Unknown Error and Token is Zero
Now it says The user SSL id is invalid

I haven't had access to the server since last night. Is that a fundamental problem?
