AFK players in World Championship

As Slitherine still didn't take any actions to help players whose opponents don't play I will point it on the other way. Maybe by showing how many players have the same issue, the organizers will think about this seriously, because I have not seen any actions taken by them to help us.
styer27 vs Morrok - I'm waiting since first day of tournament, checking the game almost every day. Right now I think I will be much behind in points comparing to the other players and wouldn't participate in tournament on equal chances.
Please write yours opponents who didn't even start in tournament- this would even help not to start multiplayer games with such players so we wouldn't waste time and get upset cause of behaviours like this.

There's an easy way to know:
You go here
https://www.slitherine.com/tournaments/scores/673
Look at last place, right now #187
Strg+F -> "187" (make sure cursor is somewhere at the top)
= 179 results
Now you look at the yellow marked if that is part of an individual score -> No
= 179 players not started
Result: 50% still at the starting line[/b]

Yes, I know, but you can't see which one player didn't start.
Quick idea for fixing this- after reporting that you have AFK player you should have the option to be spared with another one who got also AFK player. Doable? I think if Slitherine wants to they could make it.

ich warte auch seit dem ersten Tag, auf die erste Reaktion meines Gegners. .... sehr traurig
Ich glaube das es auch viele Muli-Acc gibt: die damit erreichen das mögliche Gegenspieler weniger Pkt. bekommen bei kampflosen Ergebnissen
und wenn sie gegen sich selber spielen: einen hohen Sieg mit beiden Partien einfahren wollen
Leider ist das die menschliche Natur bei einem gewissen % Satz:" lieber unfair gewonnen, als ehrlich schwer verloren"

After the first turn my opponent stopped playing. I'm waiting since 12 days for his next turn. Frustrating...

Still waiting for the next turn of my opponent...
The devs should implement a time-out of a few days to avoid such situations.

Here is the same,....i´m checking everyday, sometimes twice, but nothing,...
Neither i had a chance to play yet, my opponent didn´t appeared yet!!!

What's needed this tournament?
1. Win/lose scoring, not counting, how, when and why one won or lost. Only counting who lost, and who won. (the current point system can be used to decide who won but only between opponents)
2. Time limit to end turn-then auto lose ( I think 3 days at start, and 2 between turns).
3. A chance to pair the players, who's opponent didn't play, against each other (if they can accept that 3 day lose). This way the real. "played" games should be counted instead of autowin, and less player should miss one map to play.
4. Could be nice to make tournament faster if all matches ended and not waiting 20+days.

It is early to complain, so please do not understand it as a complaint!!!
It´s more a try to connect to my opponent, because i think during christmas time a lot people have not too much time as they would like to have for playing, and i would love to play this game relaxed with him, so,...if you read this please start playing so that we can finish this round relaxed by using all the time we have!!!

Hey guys,
After this round (round 4) we will be removing all the players that are AFK.
They should all be at the bottom of the scoreboard by now and thus out of the way, but we will be removing them anyway.
