Xi Xia* - Old book, at least one third of the troops named 'Cavalry' (not Nomad Auxiliaries) must be fielded as Average. A maximum of half of the troops named 'Cavalry' may dismount. Their quality remains the same as when mounted. No more than 2 poor BG may be fielded

Dai Viet - use Champa, the maximum number of 'Elephants' (this does not include artillery or generals) that may be fielded by the army is reduced to 8. Maximum Spearmen, light Spear swordsmen, bases is increased to 36. Spearmen armed with light Spear only are replaced with:- MF, protected, average drilled, crossbow (This DOES NOT apply to Conscript Spearmen). Allies may not be taken.
Seljuk Turk, Khwarizmian only

For all themes any allies allowed at that time period in that theatre are allowed. Armies from old list books must use allies from the new books if they exist
Lists from old books mentioned above must use V3 point costs. Any old list troops whose quality is changed due to the above are costed as their imposed quality
