PC1-remake Mod:Winter War looking for suggestions

I am currently adding 3 Winter War scenarios to the Mod that can be played instead of Operation Weserübung at the end of 1939.

I will add Jorma Kalevi Sarvanto as fighter pilot and Ruben Lagus as AT-Gunner.
Any suggestions for their traits are welcome.
The max number of attributes is 6(Vehicle restrictions included), or the hero screen will look too crowded.

A good (though arguably too good) trait combo for an AT hero would be Hit&Run and Double Move

Hit&Run seems to ignore the movement initiative penalty for ATs in its calculations and Double Move would let the AT unit sneak back behind the front line after attacking

Or if you want to emphasize him being a towed AT hero, fast deployment and some combination of camouflage, double support and +2 ammo

Crippling Strike is an underrated trait for fighters, both because the relatively lower air attack and defense values mean its a relatively larger bonus, and also because it allows fighters to do real ground attack damage, as long as the target is at full health ofc
