Wehrmacht Inf 43 3 slots?

Recently I noticed Wehrmacht Inf 43 costs 3 slots in game (on the stats bar and purchase screen), yet my game's units.csv file (from steamapps...PanzerCorps2>Content>Data) has Wehrmacht Inf 43' listed as costing 4 slots. Also, in the editor it displays that Wehrmacht Inf 43 costs 4 slots instead of 3.. and this results in a mismatch in total slots shown for the Axis player between the editor and in game for the scenario I am working on.

I uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, but the problem persists.

Any ideas why Wehrmacht Inf 43 are costing 3 slots?

Is it possible that you have Infantry General trait that reduces slot cost of Infantry units?
