Changed most avengers to devastators after a bit more historical research.

Thanks to rm116 for testing.

In version 3,
1. reduced the number of most planes and ships by one third for both sides, so that the map is less full and bombers are more difficult to discover and intercept / ships can avoid contact better
2. all units have been pre-selected (but not deployed), to make sure you get to see everything from Yamato to the right proportion of fighters and bombers
3. For the USA, the scout planes can be deployed closer to the centre of the map, so that the enemy is found a bit earlier, and the first air strike can be launched earlier
4. The USA doesn't have centimetric radar anymore (just magnetron)
5. The USA has an additional B17
6. The USA has additional deployment zones closer to the enemy for more flexibility

Overall the feeling should remain the same:
Japan has an advantage, but it is not impossible for the USA to win
