Booking is now open for the 3rd Field of Glory Ancients competition
It's a fun, friendly, event by the seaside, so bring your partners and kids and let them loose on the beaches and North York Moors whilst you have much more fun with your chums playing toys soldiers in a pub!
And because its a fun event we wont be submitting ranking points to the bhgs -so everyone can relax and bring those favourite armies that dont often get a run out!
It's Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd October 2011.

Stewards Enquiry !!!
I feel Roger's sportmanship points for an early list should be reviewed bearing in mind the spies I have in his camp alerted me to the fact his early list was in fact illegal !!!
You heard it first here folks !!!

Shoot the spies then Robert. My list was not illegal, just inadequate. This has been corrected by a few small additions.

were you ever teacher's pet robert? sniching on your mates doesnt go down well in these parts - maybe moving the venue to accommodate the fast growing number of entries

Can I suggest Robert plays in the first round an army with say Chariots in it.........
I'm sure someone said something about club mates not playing each other does this go for Robert as well since he now plays at MAWS on Monday nights.......

just need one more player to even the numbers up.... am relying on jon smith from sunderland- but 3 or 5 will also be ok...
well into double figures too so will be the biggest ever Bayfog ! almost rivalling Schiltron for size, but clearly outstripping it for quality !!
Sponsorship and prizes looking fantastic too - will be announced shortly; and will be allocated in a sporting manner not weighted towards winning but emphasising the taking part!

Newsflash !!!
Apparently there has been an introduction of a Bayfog Loyalty card.
It seems I may be the first to get one which I fully deserve after trying to negotiate a hazardous river in my Clio one year.
