Hi everyone

This is a call out to Britcon's foreign contingents.

It was a pleasure last year to meet or play Matt (USA), Martin Wirt and Pedro (Mr Spain).

Who is coming from overseas this year and what period are you playing in?

Rob

P.S. Beats asking for runners & riders !!

He'll be looking at their rankings. Rob gets a bit nervous about the opposition around this time. I'm trying to teach him to be cool.

LOL, Paul..................check my original post, I did ask what period they are in.................but only to see if I will have the pleasure of playing them. Pedro and myself had a bloodbath of a game last year that could have gone either way and I think 1 BG gave me the game.

LOL, Roger..................the day you teach me about being cool is the day I find a new hobby! See you tomorrow for a boardgaming session.

It will be good to see you as always Dave, been a while.

Are you going to join me in medieval instead of messing around in FOGR?

I will be there representing Germany, and a friend of mine is coming with me.

Is there an official runners and riders-list already available?

Hi Martin

Glad someone from overseas managed to respond instead of this abuse I'm getting from the UK contingent. LOL

The lists were due in 2 weeks before the event so you won't be seeing runners & riders over the next week.

Hopefully we will get to play each other this time.

Well, I'm looking forwards playing you... you only have to play in the right tournament...
If not, maybe we can play on Thursday or Friday

Are you playing in the medieval again Martin?

I may be around Friday afternoon but may not use my tournament army.

Andy, start applying the penalty, say 1 AP per round off the score every round for every 2 or 3 days late for list submissions. For FoGR I submitted mine weeks ago knowing I was going on holiday... It was still incorrect but that is another story...

Timmy im fed up of telling the organisers that includes J D Nic hammy you name them for the last two years they do naff all. Its not fair on me, Hammy and J D are asking for the names and Armies but im holding back cos all what they will do is publish runners and riders and just put late lists on those who have not submitted and thats not fair on all the decent fair players who have submitted there lists on time cos the people can send there lists in after the publication of runners and riders and get a advantage of seeing whos playing with what.

I'd like all late lists to be published. If theres no good excuse for a late list just pin it up on the wall so everyone can see it before playing against it. No need to apply penalty points.

And thats a penalty that could/should be applied to Britcon this year.
