I find the cursor in the game is a bit delayed because of my computer's low performance, so will the game support hardware cursor in the future patch?

It's not something that is on our todo list. The added configuration testing isn't something we have the bandwidth for, and as you say, it would only really be an issue on very low spec machines. Are you running with shadows turned off? This can definitely help performance.
