Hello, many turns in Multiplayer games of me will be not uploaded to the server of slitherine. They show me an error of my internet connection, but this isnt true. My internet works allright. Do you know about this problems in multiplayer games ?

I also have problems since today. I can't download games anymore. I can see the games, i can create challenges. but when I try to download the game turn, it takes forever and then says Failed to Connect to Server, Check your Internet Connection.

My internet connection is not a problem since I can log in without problems.

Same problem here every day since 1 week, really terrible the server. Slitherine should invest the earn in new server and not only in partys

I'm afraid that the problem is not related with the need of more powerful servers. We wish that the cause of the issue could was straightforward as that.
We're still investigating it, and this is our top priority. All our web staff are working to fix the issue.
I apologise for all the inconveniences this may be causing to all of you.

It's seems that the multiplayer connection/upload problem still exists?! I have tried to play a MP with a friend last week and today --> connection with server failed. sometimes it happened when we wanted try to create a scenario, but always the error appeared when we wanted to upload our turns. I bought the game twice only for multiplayer sessions. HELP!

The issue was solved back in January. No PBEM issues lately.

the game is updated on the newest version. The uploads are better now.

my games has been also updated with the newest patch (v.1.13). I deactivated the firewalls, I reinstalled the games, the internet is ok, other games runs without problems (even over steam for example) but ..... the upload error always exists (with one exeption). both pc runs on win 7, 64 bit. the connection error massage, what appears when I declare a challenge, is not the main problem (in spite of the error the challenge appeares sometimes on the list). because apart from me no one has problems now, I made obviously a mistake. I'm clueless......

but now I fear also that the concept of the multiplayer will not be particularly comfortable, because after the termination of each round you have to jump out of the map (go in, got out etc., the map is out of the sight when you wait for the turn of your opponent). I know that this part was not designed for LAN like gaming. that's a real shame, because I like PG totally and a simple LAN-option would be really great.

Panzer Corps unlike most other games is using the proxy server settings from the OS, in case of windows it's the same as Internet Explorer. Check there if you maybe set something up there which may be interacting with your internet connection somehow.

thx vpaulus and tarrak! I've located the problem in the meanwhile. The firewall of my router (didn't even know that my router has one....embarrassing) was to blame. I disabled it and now it works fine.

I am having sporadic problems uploading/downloading my Panzer Corps Wehrmacht moves in a multiplayer game. "Failed to connect to server ... check your internet connection". There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

Once only, so far, after making my moves I tried to upload (i.e.send my moves to my opponent) and I got the "Failed ..." message. I then pressed "retry" and I got a message that it was not my turn and I then noticed that the game status had been updated. In that particular case it seems that the software retried for me and the game seems to be continuing okay.

It also happens sometimes when I try to download my opponents moves. Sometimes if I just "retry" within a few minutes the download works and away we go. The problem does not happen everytime but enough times to be annoying.

I have the latest version of the game (as far as I can tell) downloaded last week.

Our apologies. Yesterday we had some issues with the server. Could you please try now and check if you are still having problems?

Yes, sorry to say that it seems to be worse right now. I have tried many times, rebooted twice and am unable to download (i.e to me) either of the games I am presently involved in. The problem was "acceptable" this morning but now it is impossible.

it still doesn`t work any more now ... even playing current online games : Failed to connect to server. Please check your internet connection.
After about 30 tries, it works prehaps, but at uploading, the connection is lost and after clicking Retry, the message "wrong turn" appears.

I too have been having connection problems for the past 2 days - I am running the latest version I have not experienced any trouble in the past despite playing many online games
