this is may problem, i have the phisical version of the game publishing by friendware in 2007. cd, manual, but this version dont have serial key. and 3.0 gs expansion need a key to installing. how can get this key ?? ( escuse my english)

From how I understand previous threads you need to purchase new version that has licence key.

We only support the Matrixgames and Slitherine version with serial number. I didn't even know there were other distributors.

is slitherine version, but distribuited in spain by friendware. this is the box game.

and the people purchase the phisical version dont have suport ??? is unfair. we pay for the game too and now dont have any solution ???

Hi guys

We tried to make it work for as many people as possible but for technical reasons we could not go back beyond versions that used a serial. This is a free expansion to a game from ~8 years ago. The only way we could make it work was with serial numbers. This is not support - its a a completely free new game. I'm sorry you are unhappy but it simply was not possible to support people who did not have a serial number.
