I just discovered that for researchers, and presumably for the other two types of employee as well, there`s a factor called "Learning Capacity". (Never clued in before as to what it was).

I also discovered...
You cannot sort by this factor, or by $. Would be a nice feature.

Indeed, the learning capacity impacts how much improvement you get after an advanced training session. All employees have it and, unlike the rest of the attributes, it cannot be changed.

We'll add sorting to the backlog and see if we can get it added in a future patch.
