An undocumented feature:
To reset everything to first-time state, play the intro video, and see Basics: 2-tap (i.e. 2 fingers) then 2-press (also 2 fingers) on main menu background. Takes a little practice to get the hang of the timing, but useful for showing off the game, or handing it to a new player.
