Epic 1941 Multiplayer scenarion

Hi All,
I have recently started to play with a friend this 1941 custom made scenario:
http://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtop ... 21&t=41999
We came across what seems to be a bug, or maybe we are handling things incorrectly. We are playing with "Show opponent's moves" option ticked, so as to see what the enemy moves (where you have visibility, of course). This obviously results in lengthy game times (you have to watch enemy movement for about 15 minutes before getting to move on your turn), but it is indispensable to good game play.
Starting with about turn 15, or so, the game alters and it is as if this option was not ticked anymore. Each time on your turn when you bring the game from the server it directly starts with your turn to move, not showing enemy movement anymore. We've restarted the game several times and each time this happens at around turn 15 (although not sure it always happens at exactly the same turn, and as we play paired games, we noticed it happens on distinct turns when one of us is playing the Axis or the Allies).
So is this a bug of the scenario? Is there a known fix?
Regards,
Cristian
