How to download the game...

I'm trying to install the game onto a new computer, I have my serial number, but I only can see the expansion upgrade to 3.10. When I download it asks for my serial number, but the install path is messed, and if I make one up, it seems to only install updates. How do I get the game download to put the updates on? hopefully this makes sense...
