how one does simply do this? if i understand it correctly your core saved end of camping east41 and you can choose 2 paths. East 42 or West 42-43 for this achievement what kind of road you must follow in order to achieve this ?
i currently finished east 42 and after finish that started west 42-43 but my core is east41 core so things are really messed up

I played through both not had it unlock, but I not had achievment in long time.

Currently having restart from 1939 as lost all my saves. But east campaign was first so that will unlock, not sure if west will.

Enjoy west its fun. West not so many tanks to combat, in east it gets little annoying at the amount red tanks.

The only choice points are:
1940 > 1941 or Sealion
1941 > 1942 East or 1942-43 West
1942 East or Sealion > 1943 East
In other words, the only place to go from 1942 East is 1943 East.

Can anyone who have "The grandest Campaigner achievement" confirm how it works? Do you need desicive victories on all GC maybe?

I have a buddy, who is very upset at playing through the entire West and East Campaign to not be rewarded with this Achievement.

I am working through my West Grand Campaign expecting to receive this achievement upon completion of this playthrough, but this gives me little hope that I will get this award.

My questions are as follows:
1) Has anyone been able to acquire this award since new stuff, like Sealion, Soviet Corps, and US Corps has come out?
2) Do you now need to playthrough all US Corps and Sea Lion, and Soviet Corps to acquire this achievement?
3) Does anyone know exactly what unlocks this achievement?

Before embarking into this long journey, it would have been so nice to know what are the criteria.

Pity that I can see/read no answer from the devs: we should never guess the conditions for meeting the requirements of any given achievement ...

It appears from other threads that this achievement is broken. I'm currently playing through and just finished 1942. Wanted to see which path is correct one for "The Grandest Campaigner" achievement, but it looks it will all be for nothing. Wish developers will remove broken achievements

If playing the game through Steam, it has to be online in order for achievements to be unlocked. Had to replay the final scenario in the Afrika Corps campaign myself in order to unlock Italian Victory only because of this.

This topic has not been discussed for many years, but has anyone actually received this achievement? I just finished the gran campaign west45 which was the only one I had left. I lack the motivation to do the allied campaigns at this point, but I would really like Slitherine to comment on the requirements to unlock it.

I don't think you'll get any answers now. The general consensus over the years is that this achievement is broken. As far as I know, playing through all 10 GC DLCs (East and West) using Steam should unlock it. But good luck in getting the official line on this; I would also like to hear it.

I have all the achievements on Steam. When the game was first ported to Steam, after being only available through Slitherine some MP achievements were broken. Later they were removed. I have 80 of the 80 achievements for Pz Gold.

Using cheat codes void achievements for this campaign. You can check if any cheat code was activated by pressing CTRL+ALT+SHFT+A", any flag showing "TRUE" indicate a cheat code. If you restart a game or campaign eventual cheat codes are reset to false, so it don't carry over.

I got "The Grandest Campaigner" way back in 2015, so I don't remember the details. I think you should complete at least one branch of the Grand Campaign. I mean Complete GC East from 39 to 45. I am not sure that you must also complete the GW west branch starting with GC West 42/43. And I am pretty sure that the Allied, Afrika or Soviet Campaign aren't taken into account at all for this specific achievement. Grand Campaign refers to GC East and GC West.

From my own data I can see that I played GC West before GC East, so I get "The Grandest Campaigner" once I get all of the above yearly ones. But If I started from the ground I would first play GC east up to 45 and if that's not enough play GW west from 42.

I had to use the cheat to add the Grand Campaigner as the achievement is broken. My only 2 achievements I have left to do is the Bagration and the Germany single scenario achievements to accomplish....one of these days...one of these days...

What cheat code did you use to unlock the achievement? I think I will do the same as I have now played all grand campaigns without getting the achievement. I have never used any cheat codes, so thats not impacting it.

I don´t see a link or the actual code to use I also have done all of the GC´s now, so I wonder how to apply it

On the main Panzer Corps forum page, in the topics list, 4 lines above "The Grandest Campaigner achievement?" that you must have clicked on to type this question, is "Panzer Corps Cheat Codes and Hotkey List". These are the only cheat codes - obviously there isn't an actual cheat code just to unlock Steam achievements. I didn't get the achievement either when completing the GC, but I'm not bothered about the achievements myself. Delat66 seems to have managed it (above), so not sure if you've done as he has?
