ai stuck on end of turn

hello I read few post but I still have this problem I think I narrowed it down I did a little mod what I did was changed dates on the tiger tank so I can have it early.now when the turn of ai it gets stuck for long period of time.maybe after 4 or 5 hours the ai finishes turn.i have modded other games like this panzer corps for example had no problem is there something I did any help please thanks
