When I click the link it says "You are not authorised to read this forum." Is there any mention of the xbox play anywhere (with windows 10) in the topic ?

Got the PS4 version, a few things I found;
There is not really a tutorial that I can see, but the controls are fairly easy. Still, there are several things that are not obvious;
1) First "Skirmish" battle, my ships are being "hacked" what does that mean and what can I do about it?
2) How do you play multiplayer, and what are the multiplayer options. I see no information about that.
3) The music is good and playback video is good.
This is old-school strategy, something rarely seen on the PS4, so thanks for this.

The tutorial is built into the campaign, if you skipped the campaign and went straight to a skirmish, then yeah, you'll miss it. Go through the first few campaign missions and you'll learn everything you need to know
Multiplayer support didn't make it into the 1.0 console versions, but will be added soon.

Some Cylon ships have the ability to hack your computer systems. They frequently target your fire control first. You can see this happening in your ship's status display - the health bar for a system falls when it's being hacked, or if it has taken combat damage. If a system goes to zero it becomes unusable. So if your fire control goes to zero you can't fire. You need to repair the system - and a system can't be used when it's being repaired.
As for what to do about hacking - in the early stages of the campaign the ships that hack you are Nemesis. I target those first - if you leave them around to hack your ships, things can get a bit awkward.

I agree. I save the playbacks of all my battles to watch later.
