Hey guys I've been trying to build scens in the editor with me as the human German player, but after I save and exit and start the battle, it always makes me the Russian player!
How can I make myself German?

The important thing is to put a modified SIDES.txt into the scenario folder that you create for your scenario.

There are a number of ways of doing it:

1) Rico's method above.

2) Pip's old method: viewtopic.php?f=105&t=18140

Which is to copy the vanilla SIDES.TXT from the main game installation, and paste it into your scenario folder, then open it and move the Axis text block to the top, above the Allies text block.

3) My method, which is to copy the already modified SIDES.TXT from the vanilla Barbarossa campaign and paste it into your scenario folder.

If you are unused to editing the game files, Rico's method is probably the safest.

For Battle Academy 1 it might be a little more difficult, as it uses only one texture file for the unit icons that would have to be modified. BA2 uses separate unit icon files for the different nations so there should be no problem with that.
