The HR Manager is responsible for hiring talent, and more importantly retaining them. You will play a key role in the success of the company through the development, implementation, and evolution of our talent strategy. In this role, you will be expected to understand our business, goals, and priorities. Once understood, you can begin building those strategies that work towards this. Ultimately, being tasked with attracting and retaining the most talented and diverse candidates across all levels of the organisation, and with employees all over the world.
