I see, if I capture a hex in this turn a bloodangel flag. In the next turn it is the steel legion flag.
@Kerensky: My guess: Could you change the hex action to flag 1? Now its 2.
"He" confirmed my other guess: blood angels is the 4th flag in the editor. empty -1, steel =0, orks = 1, blood = 2 (Why programmers count different from normal poeples? :shock: )

Why dont have all VH the neutral flag?

I was wondering why BA flags would appear here... good catch!

As for not having neutral flags, this is tied to the randomness built into the scenario. Not every crash site will have survivors, you have to scour the map to find them. As a safety measure, you only need two flags, and there are two guaranteed flags at the bottom of the map there.

Another remark.
I noticed messages "Survivors found! Guard them and search for more.", but I had not captured a new VH.

I have to look deeper into this scenaro. It should work as it is now.

I hope, I understood the triggers. You used the run count 1. Normally this trigger should shoot only once? But why I receive the message without capturing a new VH?
Perhaps it is an program issue?

A part of my toughts could be right.

If the trigger is not sucessful, the trigger will try it again next turn.
If I move an unit on a VH and dont move this unit again, this unit triggers with 40% probability the message. Each turn. Until the condition is sucessful.

Suggestion
* set a flag at the begin of the first turn (VH1On = 1st victory hex is active)
* use a condition (unit steps on VH and VH1On) --> remove VH1On, set VH1Handle
* use a condition VH1Handle and probability 40% --> set VH flag to steel Legion, message, remove VH1Handle
* at end of players turn: remove VH1Handle
Only at the 1st time the player steps on the VH it could be activated.

Edit: dont work properly.
* use a condition VH1Handle and probability 40% --> set VH flag to steel Legion, message, remove VH1Handle
This Trigger (instantly) will tried each time something changed in the map (unit moved...)

It is only possible if this trigger placed at the end of players turn. And
* at begin of enemys turn: remove VH1Handle


Other way:
You define at the begin of the scenario which VH are active (prob 40% -> set flag VH<x>On). And two VH are allways active (or something more difficult woul make sure, 2 VH are active).

I "played" a little bit with the triggers in this scenario.
It would be nice, if we could discuss about this scenario (the triggers in this scenario). I would like to explain my solution, which is a little bit different from yours. And I would be happy, if you would give me feedback and perhaps, you test it.
But this is not the right place to discuss and talk about.
