Budget not updating

Moving from season 4-62 to 1-63 something strange happens to my budget. Added a savefile. Just finish the season, and watch my missions complete. Then on the recap of the season, take note of my funds (14k). Clicking continue drops it to 10k even though I am only 21 in the negative. Recap doesnt close though, so at first clicking continue doesnt seem to do anything. Then clicking continue a 2nd time deducts my 21 negative balance and the game moves forward.....without updating my budget review to the expected 6k.

Many thanks for reporting this and for providing a savefile. There was a bug in there. It's fixed now, and the solution will make it way in 0.7.14 next Friday.
