[SOLVED] - Soviet HQ graphic vanishes

This is a simple graphics bug, repro 100%.
Upgrading the soviet headquarters building (soviet sandbox) makes the building graphic to vanish. The graphic is not there for the duration of the upgrade process (seems like the "being upgraded" graphic for this building is missing or mislabled and teh game doe snot display it).

Very easy bug, I do not think a savegame is needed. Just start the soviet sandbox and upgrade the HQ building to see it.
