PBEM server maintenance notice (Tuesday November 17)

Later today at 4.00 pm GMT we will be moving MP challenges of a few games to a new PBEM server, therefore you will be unable to login for around 30 minutes to one hour.

The affected games are:

Pike & Shot
Pike & Shot Campaigns
Sengoku Jidai
Hell

Please let us know if you run into any issue.

Hi,

I have just tried to connect to the server from the Multiplayer screen in Pike and Shot. I get an alert stating that the server has been unable validate my details. The attached screenshot shows what I see.

Can't end my turn in Pike & Shot Campaign multiplayer, it says "Failed to send the game to the game server. Please try again".
The same in Sengoku Jidai.

It's 6 days now since I can't play multiplayer in P&SC and Sengoku Jidai due to "Failed to send the game to the game server. Please try again" error, that appeared after this maintenance.
Support keeps silence, do you investigating this issue ?

Are you sure you have not gotten a response from support? Double check your junk folder etc. They usually respond within 24 hours.

Support answered again yesterday, but when I wrote previous post, the last response was on November 18
