Re: GROUP A Fixtures & Challenges
hmm, I'd much rather play 3 games simultaneously over six weeks than try to finish a single game in two weeks. Given time zone differences and work schedules, that's my preference/experiences based on DL play.
I think scheduling may prove a bit chaotic as people have to sort out who's challenged already if you can only be playing a single match at a time.
...and for the record Vadim84 and I are currently playing.

Re: GROUP A Fixtures & Challenges
Yep. I have suggested it to Mike and Stefano. However only send in results of each round when all have been completed. The idea was to add a bit of excitement. One round at a time, what do we need to win the group, to be runners up to be best 3rd place. I believe next WTC Slitherine will be using a scoring system similar to their tournaments, which may mean, if all 3 games from the group can be played together, may limit the excitement. I have also just begun my game.Karvon wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 1:19 am hmm, I'd much rather play 3 games simultaneously over six weeks than try to finish a single game in two weeks. Hi All
For games like Aus vs UK these timeframes seem awfully tight - has everyone started?
