Byeongja Horon and Genko Campaigns in Collector's Edition

I have had the Collector’s Edition of Sengoku Jidai for a few years now, but I have recently noticed that I cannot access the Byeongja Horon and Genko campaigns in the Campaign mode of the game. I understand that these should be available in the Collector’s Edition and I can access the Genko campaign in the Skirmish mode.

Can you confirm that these campaigns should be available with the Collector’s Edition? If so is the solution to remove the game and reinstall it?
