I dont think it would be a big deal in any case. I just like surpises like having no idea what is the russian army size beyond border when the turks go to war. Nasty surprises is what you should be prepared for.

I think no upkeep of subs even rising the price to 20 would create giant swarms of subs

Improving Light cruisers and raising maintenance in a side and increasing price of subs and free repair for them i the other i think would make feel better.

I like all the changes except lowering the price of light cruises, i dont see the purpous of that and i think it would lower even more the interest of the german navy to engage the british fleet.

lol hnox that was close coordination,

personally i dont find the sub situation too gamey for now, naval battles will always look weird in a game that every turn is a month and naval battles normally resolve in a matter of hours.

about the intel i still dont grasp it enough to even have an opinion
