Also fwiw, this cannot-upload-turn thing started sometime between 10 p.m. Pacific-US on 4/2, and about 9 a.m. Pacific-US on 4/3. Game was ticking over without a hitch whatsoever all day 4/2.

FWIW I'm getting the same message--it'll tell you three times that the turn has failed to upload, and give you the opportunity to "cancel." Most of these turns seem to be getting through to my opponent, but in at least one instance, about 1 1/2 turns (my turn, opponent's turn and my reply)...
