one simple fix, rather than a huge code redo, would be to add costs to ampibs thus limiting them by default.. so by example, it costs 40 pp for each unit amphibed etc

My issue, using the M patch on teh M product is the error stating I need Java 1.5, I have 1.6.. so, Iain stated there was a zip patch that might help me, but I cannot find it? help!

I suggest giving the Germans the options to take

I suggest giving the Germans the options to take All of France... leaving NA and Syria in the Allies hands, OR, setting up a pro axis puppet state .. Vichy, which has two garrisons, one in NA and one in Southern France. Once attacked it is German.

thanks, so lets talk about my red army corp three hex from Zholov, leadership of eight. What exact affect does my corp get, better defense? etc?
IE "max effectiveness" is not a game term that I understand, please clearify. thanks .. very fun and challenging game imo

The manual states there is a leadership affective range? where is it ? IE Zhockov, sp?, is a leadership of 8, so is his range 8? And what rating does he actually affect? of the units NOT attached too inside this range?

one thing that is goofy for me is the yellow grean numbers on the grean landscape, makes me have to mouse over the units to check actual .. could we get a mod to change it to something else?

heavy tanks did this or that.. 501st etc tiger battallions.. But several divisions as I remember did get tigers .. Hermon G and Gross D both saw T1 yes? But, this game is using great Abstraction, not a technicall simulation based on history... and thus we are talking corps and how to simplify techno...

this is sounding better and better...
Since the scale is apx two weeks... we have seen two weeks and 20 days?? is weather in the oceans... and thus visability and the ability to attack on the surface reduced in winter abstractly?

I did not get an answer to this at Matrix.. do the CV .. A have imbedded air component and B can they attack farther than one hex?
