Imperial Rome
Hi all, My new project is a Principate army circa 200 AD. I've trawled the web and general consensus is either red or off white for legionary colour schemes. Before I embark on this new army I thought I'd check with those of you with a hell of a lot more knowledge than I on the subject of Legionary ...

Re: Field of Glory 2.0 - coming October 18th!
Ipad versions downloaded for both rules and Rise of Rome, and apart from a little choppiness when navigating the first could of pages working well for me. Would definitely like a search feature but other than that pleased with the product.
Running an iPad3 with ios6 btw.

Great news, spaffed a lot of money on the New iPad so for me it's the most expensive wargames rulebook in history. Saying that I couldn't live without my ipad now, damn thing goes everywhere with me now.

Commander bases
Hi all,
quick question, I noticed that the rules state that commander bases are listed as having a depth of 40mm or less, so I am ok to use cavalry bases for my bases, 30mm deep?
Just want to clarify before I go flocking etc,

Legio and Corvus size comparisons
Hey all,
wondering if any of you guys can give me a heads up on how Legio Heroica and Corvus Belli Romans compare size wise?
Love both the ranges but wonder how they mix and match?
Cheers

HYW English and a complete newbie
Hi all, had my first ever game of FoG a couple of weeks ago, was soundly beaten but enjoyed every second of it. I was playing with a HYW English Continental army vs Free Company. My current set up comes in at 894 points, with 9 BGS of longbows (6 bases each) and 4 BGS of HF one of which is HA, the r...

Brand spanking new player to FoG
Hi all,
just a quick question, sorry if this is a little newbie of me.
Am I right to assume that there are no restrictions on which army can face which?
ie. A Kofun Nara army could face an opponent several hundred years from it's time period eg. a Crusader army?
Thanks for your time.
