I get the same error, can't apply hotfix.

Strange when I alt tab the GPU usage drop down to 30% when I'm at tabbed. (AMD Vega 64)

Is anyone with an AMD GPU having the same issue? because my usage and temps are fine running this game running a AMD Vega 64

Vega64 - Drivers: 19.4.1 PZ2 Settings are High.
GPU: 75%
Memory: 34%
Temp : around 55°C and Fans are operating normal (not working hard that is)

In my opinion this just changes too much to the core of the game that what makes it PzC. The thing that makes PzC so great is that it stayed loyal and so similar to Panzer General and added only features that added to the gameplay but didn't change how the game was ment to be played. I have a question regarding the DLC and Multiplayer of this game

Example if I got the Grand Campaign 39-45 DLC can I play the scenarios with someone who doesn't have the Grand Campaign DLC? Do both players need it in order to play the DLC scenarios online?
