sorry when you say named hero's, would a +5 attack for undamaged units hero and +5 attack for tanks stack against standard 10 strength tank?

I put the japan tank hero with lighting attack on a flame panzer and over strength to 15. its going to BBQ the entire city of Stalingrad when manstein allows me to attack it in AO44. right now it doesnt need butcher or flagkiller to overrun a 15 strength infantry from a city tile.
