Re: Gates of Troy Windows 10 help
Exact same issue as the OP here. Has anyone come up with a solution? Thanks!

Re: Elevator buttons only available on default view.
Perhaps I should rephrase this as a request:
Hey, for a future patch, would it be possible to make the elevator buttons visible in non-default views? Thanks!

Elevator buttons only available on default view.
(Mentioned this in Steam forums, sorry for the repeat.) I notice that the elevator buttons are no longer available in anything but default view, where I used to be able to do it in free view, which is my preferred one. Is this a bug, or is there something I missed? It makes all of the non-default vi...

Ticking Time Bomb bug (save game)
Hello! As requested, here's my save which demonstrates the "ticking time bomb" bug I mentioned on Steam (where the AI starts to move, but all you hear is click, click, click...)
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Here's that save game with the hung up battle screen.
Hi, moltobenny from Steam here. Here's (finally) the save game you requested. Hope it helps! (And hope it's the right save!

Re: Stuttering on initial playback?
Yes, all missions. Seems directly proportional to the number of ships/things happening. Maybe this is normal and I'm just picky? Obviously it doesn't affect the game at all since there's nothing to do during simulation, and you can always replay. Just, whatever's happening during the initial simulat...

Re: Stuttering on initial playback?
Thanks for the suggestion. I posted about it in tech support. Strange, though, that nobody else is reporting this. And everything else works. Maybe my computer hates the game. Dumb computer.

Re: Mission "Conviction", status screen = "No Kills"?
Actually, I take this back. I didn't realize at the time that it's showing statistics for each individual ship and you can flip through to see the stats from all the other ships.
So, you can close this ticket.

Stuttering on initial playback?
I have a weird thing going on, which is that when there's a lot of ships in a battle, when I first press "go", framerate drops very low, until the very end, but when I replay it, it's smooth as glass. Doesn't seem like a graphical issue, since in replay it works just fine, just wondering i...

Mission "Conviction", status screen = "No Kills"?
Hey there. Right off the bat, fantastic game. Not good, not great, FANTASTIC. Love it to bits. I just finished "Conviction", and the status screen said "no kills" in the "strongest enemy" box, even though there... there were a lot of kills. Just thought I'd let you know...

Response to critics.
I know it's no fun to like stuff on the internet, but I'd like to respond to what I'd consider a rash of negative pub the game is getting due to a perceived lack of depth, complexity, and content in the current state of the game: Well. You have a point! At this point I'd consider the game more "...

Re: Mac OSX 10.8.5 Starting issues (updater no response)
I have this issue. The Updater window is too large for the graphics contained within, so all the graphics (including the buttons) fit in the lower left 1/4 of the window. You can still press the buttons if you move the mouse to where the buttons WOULD be if they stretched to fit the entire window. D...

The research screen is very nice. When you hover over a tech, it describes well what it is, and tells you what it provides, BUT it doesn't explain what the thing it provides DOES. For instance: "Provides: Super-mega-laser!" But there's no way (that I can tell) to tell what a super-mega-las...

I found a typo!
I mention it only because it's the first and only one I've found so far, which is pretty amazing in this day and age... One of them nasty enemy factions responded to me cancelling open borders by saying something like "Good, now we don't have to lie about our trippled border patrols..." Sh...
