Well, im basing my assumption on the type of pc games i mostly play....war and sport management. Don't see too many at the local eb/gamestop. Last 5 sports management games i bought were download only types. 4 of 5 war were also dled with an extra 10 dollars or so for the box version to go with it. ...

dont forget, pc games are way easier to mod for us grunts. nothing worse that seeing wrong info in a ds game that cant be modded into the real of correctedness. I think that game companies/developers make more in the long run on pc games especially in this day of downloadable product...less overhead...

But you don't really need cities to launch a invasion nearby. Just ships for supply. The allies have a plethora of those. Even If you absolutely need a city
to be taken, most French ports are garrisoned with poorer quality troops. If you can't overwhelm those in one turn you got problems.

Wow! Just saw some Romanian partisans in 1942 playing as the Axis. Playing with full benefits for Allies and did not start vs Russia but let them attack me. just held down in the Balkans so wasn't advancing....

I can confirm that also, but unfortunatley they dissapear when the country falls(?????). Not too sure I like that ..

i use Strat bombers constantly as the Allies. it's true that they are not as good overall as Tac but they do hurt German economy. i run about 5 total as the western allies by 1944. 5 experienced Strat Bombers are nice to have. I tend to put 2 or three down in the med to bomb ploesti. that by itself ...
