I think I'm being a bit dim (or not that visual), but all you need to do in the table is to find your current govt and it tells you what can happen if you exit via +5 or -5. have you seen the table in 7.4.4 in the manual - sets out all the possible progression/regression routes? Why are the units of my ally scattered everywhere?

Those little units in several of my Roman regions are units of my Ally. Why are they spread in little penny packets all across my empire? Is this a bug or is there some reason I am missing? Thanks!

And when it says you make X amount of money plus a bonus of this, this, and that" does that mean that you make X amount of money or X amount of money plus the bonus for a total that is not shown? e.g. you get 9 food there is a bonus of 6 food if you have fish Does that mean you get 9 food in total ...

Yes, it is about trade goods. Thanks for the answer. It is nice that trade kind of takes care of itself, I could spend a lot of time on it (and probably will sometime).

When it says "Bonus of X units from A (missing), B (missing) and C (not missing), do I get "X" units because I have at least one of the (in this case) three needed items? Do I get (again, in this case) three times X if I had all three needed items, or can I never get more than just the single "X"? T...

So, what does "Min Garrison / POW 10" mean? I saw this when I was mousing over the city in a region. Is the "POW 10" related to "Min Garrison Strength" or mean something else?

No, I've never had any issues with getting updates, but I do get them through Steam. Still, I don't believe that a proper Nvidia software installation should interfere with them.
