Good to hear that someone is still interested to improve this game. I still don't understand why the developers haven't put more effort into this. They could have turned a very good game into a great game.

Uses AI artillery?
I can't remember that I have ever been attacked by my opponents with artillery - one of my preferred tactics to reduce enemy forces to rubble. Did anyone else make the same observation?

In-Game Clock
This is surely nothing important or necessary, but what about a clock in the GUI? When I play Pandora I often completely forget the time and a small clock left of the game date would be a nice idea.

Maps are maybe not big enough. There should be movement costs to embark and then to disembark. Attacking should be forbidden when embarked, save for infantry at half attack (and for train units with included weapon), and defending is too by the train unit or embarked infantry (other units can't def...

At the moment the game has only roads, but I think it lacks a faster transport mechanism for ground vehicles. Why not implement some kind of railway (vacuum railway tubes, or magnetic levitation to give it a fancy name) which reduces the movement cost to 1/10 or so?

We changed them to deliver a more consistent experience. If you would like bigger ones you can change values in Data/World/WorldParameters.xml (after copying it to the user data folder as described in the read me). Thank you! I have already updated to 1.1.2 but at every game start the Updater informs me that a 'new' upload is availabe but it's 1.1.2.
