It really is not clear. The technology implies that it provides 2 things: Unit: Transport Technology: land units can be transported by the Naval Transport. Nope, it is definately a bug. I tried again, this time after researching I produced the Naval Transport Technology in one of my cities. I still do not have the transport available as a unit.

Pretty much makes the game useless, as there is no way to send colonisers or troops across the water.

That seems a bit odd, because with other types of research you get the new unit type straight away (Naval electric motor - Barracuda hovercraft, Assault Vehical - Tank, etc).

Hi. I think I found a bug. When you research Naval Transport Technology, it says that it is supposed to add Transport to your available units. However this does not happen.
