i found what the problem was with 1941 axis single player.
& fixed it.
all the sea hexes were lake hexes.
so i spent an hour with the editor & changed the lake hexes back to sea hexes.
now it work's as intended.

I do not have any mods...I only have 1941 file from first post added to original game.

The only problem is...I can't move any navy units when I issue a challenge. Any idea? Same problem in single and multiplayer on both sides. Can you help? It was all good when other player started.

Ps. Any player happy to start 1941 and play with me?
