Re: SPM v 1.1.55 (Beta) now available
The GSA bronze and silver Steam achievements are mixed up. Silver should be 1973, and Bronze should be 1975.

Just a reminder Nacho, I gave you individual save files for this and many other issues in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=262&t=53778. I hope you got them.

Re: Not Enough Feedback/Information
If you suffer a catastrophic failure, your astronauts are KIA. If you suffer a simple failure, which seems less common than a catastrophic failure, it means that they made it back OK but that the mission was a bust. You can double check whether your crew survived by using the micro screen that is sh...

Re: Bugs
OK, I'll get to that after I finish this playthrough. :) I'll probably cheat and edit the savefile to have infinite money and ace staff so I can quickly get to all of the missions. Another mistake: 1. Project Apollo, Lunar Landing (LOR) with Surface Rover Deployment [Type J]: This mission does not g...

Re: Bugs
More: 1. Project Gemini, EVA and Docking Duration Level II mission: The animation in step 5 repeats step 4's animation. 2. Project Apollo Tests (sic) Flights in Earth Orbit, Uncrewed Orbital LEM Test [Type B]: The step 8 engine animation plays on the ascent engine, rather than the descent engine. It...

Re: Bugs
More bugs: 1. During the launch season of a Mariner 6 mission, if you monitor from MC, step 7 (Earth-Mars transit) the catastrophic launch failure animation (i.e., the explosion) animation plays, even if the step is successful. The reliability meter changes as well, when it seems like it should stay...

Re: Fun game, poor interface
I agree. I think many of the interface design decisions are based around releasing the game for Android and iOS. If the player is limited to a touch screen they make perfect sense. But they're unnecessarily difficult for mouse users.

Re: Suggestion for improving the failure model
Dead astronauts are listed in the museum, but buried a few pages down. It would be nice if the memorial had its own button on the first museum screen.

In the micro screen for the Venera 11 (Venus Flyby and Lander) mission, step number 7 is misplaced.

Buzz and Yuri Gagarin are in the game, I've seen/hired both. They're the only astronauts with pictures.

Re: Not Enough Feedback/Information
To have a reasonable chance of succeeding at the early, relatively easy missions, you should aim for reliability and FC skills (and crew, if applicable) both in the 80's. For the long late game missions, such as moon landings, they need to be in the mid to high 90's to have a good chance at successf...

During the Soviet Voskhod missions, Soviet music is not playing. Instead it is the American music.

Re: Suggestion for improving the failure model
I think for every failure, there is a certain % chance that the mission will be a regular failure (crew survives) or catastrophic failure (all crew dead) based on the mission step. I agree that the system should be expanded upon, with partial failures resulting in deaths to some astronauts and other...

Re: Bugs
Just found another little thing: The goals for the X-15 (Hypersonic Research at the Edge of Space, Levels I & II) are flipped. Clicking on the i button for the goals on the mission screen reveals that the altitude record mission has the speed record goal, and the speed record goal has the altitu...

Re: Bugs
Looking forward to the first round of fixes. A few more bugs: 1. In the LK-700 Earth Orbit program, there are a few errors with the roman numerals on the extended duration orbital flight mission pictures. Duration Level I is missing the roman numeral, and Levels V and VI erroneously have numerals IV...

Re: New to games
If you buy it through Steam you will be able to install it any number of times, on any computer you have also installed the Steam program on. I'm too new of a user to post a link, Google should find it for you. I don't have any experience with Slitherine's own digital distribution, so I can't ...

Bugs
Great game. Here are a few bugs that I've found: 1. In the Gemini EOR Test Flights in Earth Orbit program, there isn't a mission to test the S-IVB Space Tug. So a player will always suffer the penalty to reliability incurred by not testing it. Also, even after successfully completing the Gemini Land...
