MP matches stucked

Some of my multiplayer matches are stuck in turn 0.
opening with briefing_2_0. then you can neither deploy troops nor resign. So they stay there until someone claims them...

Oh hi, I have seen you in the lobby.
But I haven't had any issue.
Can you post a screenshot?
Maybe someone else knows

So I can buy troops, but not place them

In my experience that issue is rare but it can and does happen. I had it occur in at least one match. Don't know what causes it, all I could do was wait for it to time out and lose, exactly as you describe.
