RH rocket despite non-RH Mission

Hi all,

I am able to pick freely available rocket types (normal or RH) for "Soyuz 7K-L1 Earth Orbit" -> "Uncrewed suborbital flight test", despite "suborb" (without RH) in the description. Possibly a bug like this one:

Hello dergilb,

Notice that you can certainly pick a human-rated rocket for a non-human-rated mission. You might want to do that if, for example, you want to raise the reliability of your human-rated rocket without risking human lives.
