Could never play Battle of Britain

Hello.
Since the installation of Battle of Britain I could never play it.
I never had any problems playing "Pacific" but with "Britain" the game blocks on the Battle of Britain loading screen.
At first I assumed it was a mod problem and since it was free I didn't stress much BUT still cant play It., even after a reinstall.
I would like to eventually play it, but it just freezes in the loading screen. and I'm now afraid to buy "Morning Sun" can you help me?

Do you have the Steam or the non_steam version?

When the game gets stuck in the loading screen, can you alt+F4 and send the output_log.txt to contact@the-artistocrats.com or attach it here (zipped)?

I have the same issue on my Macbook Pro...I can play Pacific just fine, but if I launch the BoB, black screen and just sits there forever....

I don't run via Steam, just local.

What's the next step? Any hints on how to get it to run?

Try reduce the graphic quality settings (render, lightning and effects) in the Performance options. Try also to play the game in windowed mode.

I can play Pacific just fine, but if I launch the BoB, black screen and just sits there forever....

Please upload a (zipped) output_log.txt, that usually gives a clue to what causes the issue.
