I have the honour to report another victory, the Antigonids defeated the Romans led by wolf blitzee 69-42.
Thank you for the game, it was a truly epic match (I guess all defeats of the strong Roman opponent usually are), we both deserved some points. So many great tactical and strategic moves on both sides!

Last result in before the closing

mhladnik (Romans) beat hidde (Armenians - Tigranes) in an amazing match, closest I've ever played, 62-59. Simply amazing to play, thanks Hidde. I'm sorry again, 1 turn from the end, a tie or a draw would be just as deserved.

Weekly round-up

Aargh! Fellow organiser hidde (Armenians Tigranes) has been relegated from Division A following his narrow loss to mhladnik (Romans). Division D has been won by paulmcneil (Indians) after ZygfrydDeLowe (Ancient Britons) beat Praeter (Romans). At the bottom, Jakdaw has poted his first win to move above GrayNemesis and the mysterious gids.

Match completion rate(45 matches in total to be played in each division)

Division A - 45 out of 45 matches completed

Division B - 45 out of 45 matches completed

Division C - 45 out of 45 matches completed

Division D - 36 out of 45 matches completed

Division E - 44 out of 45 matches completed

These completion rates are excellent, apart from Division D which has fallen behind schedule again.
